RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping Diane Firsten. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Shoes must be in original box with dusters and be unworn. 

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at rachel@dianefirsten.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label that will be emailed to you upon approval. If you choose to use the prepaid label, $25.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

 

REFUNDS

Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
